Very friendly. Our 2 and 4 year olds had great fun. From 9-3 in the week pre school children can do crafts and have unlimited wacky warehouse play and a glass of squash all for 2.25 per child in term time.👍

Brilliant soft play. It was busier than other Wacky Warehouses we've been to, but it was also bigger and the play area went up 3 levels. Good for older children. There is also a nice little play area for young toddlers and babies.
The staff were friendly and the lady at the till was very thorough in explaining the rules and safety information. English was not her first language but she tried very well to make sure she said everything correctly.
The play areas were mostly clean. And considering there are kids running about and food is served here, there is going to be a point when food does get in to the play area.
Toilets were clean to an okay standard, but I couldn't find a changing table in the men's toilet. Cleanliness and facilities in need of improving. I'm going to give 4 stars for this reason.
Accessibly: good accessibility with a ramp to the play area and wide doors. There is also a table for colouring and art play in a quieter area.
Also, some other negative reviews are not for this location, but for the restaurant only.
I haven't eaten here, so I can't comment on the restaurant. I have been to the Wacky many times though, and I think it's a great place to take kids. It can get busy - but that's because it's popular and a good place for kids to burn off some energy and have fun! I usually go to the Toddler time in the day, and that is fairly quiet. The place is clean and looks new, the staff are VERY friendly and helpful, and it is great value for money, especially with one of the passes. Staff put out a craft activity every day for Toddler time, and they are just always on the ball and helpful. Fab staff, good place to take the kids.
